  • The EU 2nd Edition rules (english) (scanned--may contain some OCR errors)
  • Risto's Random Events re-write...finally, the Random events now have a clear and self-consistent explanation. Also includes various outright variants to correct some a-historical situations near Game Start.
  • EU5's rules clarifications: PBeM game EU5 put together the rules clarifications it used. They are not perfect but the Players enjoyed some pretty good arguments before arriving at this consensus.
